Uluru (Ayers Rock)

Located 290 miles south of Alice Springs lies the world’s largest monolith - Uluru (Ayers Rock), one of Australia’s best known attractions. Kata Tjuta (The Olgas), a dramatic series of 36 head-like rock formations, 31 miles south west of Uluru by car, have a mystery of their own.
