Brazil
If travelling is your passion, Brazil will take your breath away. With
its dazzling beaches, forest trails and lively cities, Brazil will put
all your emotions to the test. Vast, magnificent, vibrant, mysterious
and the world’s fifth largest country, Brazil occupies half the landmass
of South America. A fascinating melting pot of cultures and races, Brazil
is also a treasure trove of natural wonders, which includes the spectacular
Iguassu Falls. In Brazil’s modern metropolises, skyscrapers surge towards
the heavens, while only blocks away lie beaches of such astonishing beauty,
they can only be called paradise. ‘Twohigs Brazilian Highlights Tour’
will certainly give you a taste of that paradise.

Our Thoughts
Brazilians enjoy life to the full, wherever you go you can expect a warm
and friendly welcome. The Cariocas from all over Rio flock to the beach,
it is their natural home, but beware of sea-bathing as there can be strong
undercurrents. Brazil’s mood will captivate you but do remember to remain
vigilant at all times, particularly in Rio. Do not overtly display your
relative wealth, it can be a temptation to those less fortunate. Better
still, leave your valuables at home. Brazil is a huge country and journeys
between cities can be long but the domestic air services are reliable.
Portuguese is the native tongue and do not expect English to be widely
spoken outside of hotels.
