Al Moudira is a small traditional Egyptian palace style hotel in Thebes offering a unique place to stay in the exceptional and peaceful surroundings of Egyptian countryside, just a short distance from the village of Luxor. This hotel is designed with Arabic domes and arches amid an extensive garden and is set between the desert′s edge and the cultivated fields of the West Bank. Dinner is served at the ‘Great Room’ which features Middle Eastern and European fare beneath stone arches and crystal chandeliers. Lunch and light snacks including salads, pizzas, grills, meze and drinks are offered round the ‘Swimming Pool Pavilion’. The warmly coloured ‘Colonial Bar’ serves cocktails, fruit or herbal teas as well as a selection of alcohols in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Leisure facilities include a freshwater swimming pool (heated in winter), Turkish baths and massage treatments (at a charge). All 54 large individually decorated Deluxe bedrooms and Junior Suites are palatial and ornate with gold and antique furniture, with large ensuite bathrooms in Hamman style with bath/shower, and are air-conditioned with telephone, satellite television and minibar. Junior Suites feature either sunken baths or in-room fountains.

Prices start from €919 per person sharing for 5 nights in a Deluxe room on a bed & breakfast basis. Price includes flights with BMI flights via Haethrow, Air France flights via Paris or KLM flights via Amsterdam and airport transfers. Extra Nights start from €90 per person per night.
