Set in lush tropical gardens, Golden Sands Resort, by Shangri La, is located right on Batu Feringgi beach and is a 20 minute drive from Georgetown. This resort offers a wide range of facilities including large free-form swimming pools and separate children's pool with a slide, poolside bars, whirlpool and Adventure Zone, the largest indoor entertainment complex on the Island for adults and children. Other facilities include a choice of restaurants, a coffee house and lounge with evening entertainment and complimentary shuttles to Golden Sands Resort’s sister property, Traders, in Georgetown. Watersports include windsurfing, catamaran, canoeing and sailing. All 395 elegantly furnished Superior Hillview and Deluxe Seafacing bedrooms have air-conditioning, telephone, television, tea and coffee facilities, refrigerator and bath/shower. Deluxe Seafacing bedrooms are as above and are seafacing with balcony.

Prices

Prices start from €889 per person sharing for 5 nights in a Superior Hillfacing room on a room only basis. Price includes flights with Malaysia Airlines via Heathrow, Paris or Frankfurt and airport transfers. Extra Nights start from €50 per person per night.
