Koh Samui

Situated off the coast of Thailand, 400 miles south and 65 minutes flying time from Bangkok, is the tropical island paradise of Koh Samui. Its glorious unspoilt white sandy beaches and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Thailand are ideal for swimming and diving. The island’s only paved road encircles the island for just 32 miles. Koh Samui is quieter than other Thai beach resorts, although quite commercialised around the main resorts of Chaweng and Lamai.

Our Thoughts

One of the reasons that Koh Samui has remained small and very ’special’ is the fact that it can only be accessed by relatively small aircraft. It is quieter than other Thai beach resorts, although there are many bars, shops and restaurants around the main resorts of Chaweng and Lamai. The perfect location for a relaxing holiday on a stunningly beautiful island.
