Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is one of Asia’s most captivating cities. Steeped in culture and tradition but grappling with modernity.

DAY 1 - BANGKOK / HANOI

Transfer to Bangkok airport in time for your international flight to Hanoi. On arrival, you will be met and transferred by private air-conditioned vehicle to your chosen hotel for a two night stay. This evening, enjoy an hours ride through Hanoi by trishaw or bicycle taxi, before arriving at a selected restaurant for dinner. Overnight at your chosen hotel. (D)

DAY 2 - HANOI

Enjoy a morning city tour to visit some of the city’s attractions, including the fascinating Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Quan Thanh Temple on the shores of Truc Bach Lake. This pagoda dates from the 11th Century and is said to protect this region from outside invaders. Visit the Den Ngoc Son Temple, in the centre of modern Hanoi. Drive through Hanoi’s Old Quarter. You will have time for shopping and exploring in this area. After lunch, visit the Fine Art Museum, Temple of literature, which was founded in 1070 AD as Vietnam’s first university. Finally, the last stop will be made either at the History Museum or the War Museum. Evening dinner at your chosen hotel. (B, L, D)

DAY 3 - HANOI / BANGKOK

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight to Bangkok. (B)
